6.3 If a User wishes to make a purchase, they can either register after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart or can register on the Website before that. 

6.4 As per Indian laws, if the product value is more than ₹50,000, at the time of purchase the users will be required to provide mandatory information like Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number.

6.5 Orders on the Website shall only be considered complete after the payment has been received by Alankri.in.

6.6 If it so happens that the bank rejects to honour any transaction made by the user towards an order, Alankri.in has the right to refuse to ship the order to the user without any liability whatsoever.

6.7 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. However, please ensure you will be informed of the same.

6.8 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

8. Pricing and Payment

8.2 Please expect that you will be charged the price for the fine jewellery as it is listed on the day of purchase.

8.3 Payment can be made through various methods as specified on the Website which includes net banking and card payments, among other methods.

8.4 You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order, including making charges, taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

9. Shipping and Delivery

9.1 Delivery times may vary depending on the product and customisation options chosen. An estimated time of delivery shall be informed to you upon placing an order. However, Alankri.in takes no responsibility for any delays due to postal services.

9.2 Risk of loss and title for items purchased on the Website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

10.1 All sales are considered final and Alankri.in does not accept any return requests. However, we shall only accept returns only when a product is received defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

10.2 To initiate a return, contact our customer support team as specified on the Website.

10.3 Users shall have the option to replace the item(s) purchased on their first order. The replacement shall be available for either the same product in a different size, if available or a different product.

10.4 In the event a replacement request is placed, If the replacement product is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement product is of lesser value, we will issue credits to your account, which can be used for future purchases.

10.5 In cases of return and replacement, You must return the product in the same condition as you received it. You must return the product in its original packaging, along with the original tags and invoice. The refund or replacement shall only be processed after we receive it in an unused condition in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice. Failing the same, we shall not be liable for issuing a refund or a replacement.

11. Cancellation

11.1 Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

11.2 Once the cancellation request is received,  we will initiate the refund process of the amount received by us to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. 

12. Personalisation Services

12.1 Alankri.in offers personalisation services for certain jewellery items. Personalised items are made to order, and we will not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

12.2 You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details, including names, initials, metal and gems specifications, or any other customisation detail that may be necessary for successfully executing the order.

12.3 We reserve the right to reject any personalisation requests that violate our content guidelines, including offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked content.

13. Your Obligations

13.1 You are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registering on Alankri.in. This shall enable to us execute your order without any delays and errors.

13.2  Alankri.in has the authority to verify the information you provide at any time. Additionally, Alankri.in may request additional information for order acceptance or delivery in certain cases. If, upon verification, your details are determined to be partially or entirely false, or if you furnish false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, or if Alankri.in has reasonable grounds to suspect such inaccuracies, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership. We may also deny you access to our Website without prior notice.

13.3 You acknowledge that the delivery address for your ordered product(s) is accurate and complete. If a non-delivery occurs due to errors on your part (e.g., incorrect name or address), any additional delivery costs incurred by Alankri.in will be your responsibility, and you will be required to cover those expenses.

13.4 Prior to ordering, you must carefully review the product description. Placing an order implies your agreement to the terms of sale and offer details in the product description.

13.5 If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then Alankri.in shall not be liable for such delay.

13.6 You have full discretion when purchasing from our Website, and you acknowledge that you place orders after thoroughly investigating the product, understanding its features, characteristics, and usage. Alankri.in is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from product use, whether for domestic or international orders.
